Our Pets!
The Garden School includes, as part of our curriculum, a love of nature and animals. We have a zoo room that freely houses rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, degus, a hamster, diamond doves, finches, cockatiels, two Quaker parrots and love birds. All our animals are prolific, all fly free and live without cages, so the children are constantly around animal families living in harmony with each other. Even our vets, the Fire Marshal and our board of health inspector are impressed. Our philosophy is a love of everything made, and that includes our plants, our animals and one another.
