Plays

Every year we produce two full length plays involving all the children; one in the autumn around

Thanksgiving, and one in the Spring around St.Patrick’s Day.

Weeks before the play, children receive lines, practice their lines, learn stage direction, make props and wear cute costumes.

Plays are an important part of making a group cohesive. Plays are an important part of development, listening, participation, a sense of presence and a sense of doing something to completion.

Our plays are one of the most important parts of our curriculum and our plays satisfy most of the Kindergarten Standards for the State of Indiana.

We perform our plays for our families. These are always grand days.
